Tony Lenan

Managing Director

Tony founded Firestar Developments in 2000. For many years prior he was a partner in a leading Gold Coast based law firm and specialised in property law.

Tony has decades of experience in all aspects of property development including, site acquisition, capital raising, planning, leasing and construction supervision.   He has development experience in everything from modest duplex dwellings to multiple tenant shopping centre developments and bulky good centres worth in excess of $10M. He has undertaken nearly 40 projects in Firestar’s 20 year history.

Whilst undertaking projects across Australia, Tony is proud to be a life-long Gold coast resident and has been actively involved in his community including as President of community organisations. His passions are property, cars, motorsport and rugby league.

Shane Hart

Senior Consultant

Shane’s background in commercial and industrial development stretches over nearly three decades. Having worked for over 10 years in industrial and commercial sales Shane transitioned to property development nearly 20 years ago specialising in Industrial subdivisions & large format buildings for multinational tenants.

Shane has been involved in a wide range of projects including the 50ha $150M Radius Business Park on Brisbane’s southside and the 22Ha $35M GC1 industrial estate on the Gold Coast. Shane also has extensive experience in commercial and retail leasing and development including the recently completed $17M Yamanto Convenience Centre at Ipswich.

Shane is a lifelong Gold Coast resident. His passions are property, boating, cars & motorsport.
