7-11 Fremantle St Burleigh Heads

We have recently acquired this centrally located 7000m2 site at Burleigh Heads. The site is partially occupied by the Gold Coast Indoor Sport Centre with the balance of the land to be the site of an exciting new industrial project.

Update: Council approval has now been obtained to subdivide the site into two lots of 4890m2 (lot 1) and 2113m2 (lot 2) respectively. Approval has also been obtained to develop our next “City Caves” project on lot 2. It will comprise 16 strata titled self-storage units of a similarly high standard and style as our City Caves Southport project.

6 Olive St Southport

We are excited to announce “John’s Place” - a 15 unit home unit development purpose build to provide quality rental accommodation in the heart of Southport. The complex will comprise 5 one bedroom and 10 two bedroom units over 5 levels. A Development Application has been submitted to Council. Construction is expected to commence in Q4 2024.
