We have recently acquired this rare centrally located 7000m2 level site at Burleigh Heads in close proximity to Nerang Burleigh Connection Rd and the M1 Motorway.

Council approval has now been obtained to subdivide the site into two lots of 4890m2 (lot 1) and 2113m2 (lot 2) respectively.  Civil works for the subdivision are expected to be completed by December 2025. Approval has also been obtained to develop a 16 strata titled self-storage unit complex of a similarly high standard and style as our City Caves Southport project.

Lot 1 comprising approximately 4890m2 of land and a 2000m2 building has been sold and is in the process of being converted to a manufacturing facility for a large long time Gold Coast based business.

Lot 2, the vacant land of approx. 2113m2 is available for purchase.
